I love people. My work and education have always naturally revolved around industries where I could constantly get to know new people and their stories. I got a degree in psychology and after almost a decade of professional experience in public relations, I decided to change my career path to coaching, something that allowed me to continue meeting people and share with them a big passion of mine - personal development. Throughout years of education in the fields of psychology and self-improvement, I created a unique model of work to enhance the lives of my clients, helping them reach their full potential.
Other things about me:
I’m a recovering perfectionist.
I’m a child of a narcissistic parent.
At one point I experienced bullying at school.
I quit smoking overnight using only the power of mindset shifts.
I’m fascinated by spiritual practices and how they intersect with science.
I love learning new languages, I’m currently in the process of mastering German.
I genuinely believe it is possible to feel happy every day (based on own experience!).
I love Korean cuisine and take a lot of pride in the fact that I taught myself how to cook it.
I'm the worst person to go to an art gallery with, I need to read every description for every piece.
Nothing helps me unwind better than a bubble bath, a copy of the latest Vogue and a glass of red.
I'm obsessed with success mindset and making sure I'm thinking in the most optimal way. I'm convinced my mindset is in 90% responsible for the life I've built for myself.
I manifested my dream partner within weeks of clearing my limiting beliefs around dating. Now I'm extremely passionate about teaching others to do the same using the very framework that worked so well for me.
I’m very much a night owl, my most creative state is after 10pm which means keeping a consistent bed time is often a challenge for me.
When I was a child, my tennis coach dropped me saying I lacked basic coordination skills and would never play. For the longest time I'd avoided any physical activity for the fear of embarrassing myself. 20 years later, after discovering the mindset work, I do multiple sports, one of which is tennis!
